- Pricing: The $2,500 tour package covers only the items listed as included above. International airfare is booked and paid separately, directly with our travel agent; the ~$3,700 figure is a current estimate only and is subject to change due to airline pricing, currency fluctuations and other circumstances beyond our control. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing. Quoted prices are estimates and do not constitute a binding offer.
- Itinerary: The published itinerary, including match fixtures, venues and participating clubs or academies, is subject to modification without prior notice due to weather conditions, venue availability, scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances beyond our control. SCCAY reserves the right to substitute venues, opponents, or activities with comparable alternatives as deemed appropriate.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy: All payments made to SCCAY are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of participant withdrawal or cancellation for any reason, no refunds will be issued regardless of the timing of cancellation, due to advance booking requirements for accommodation, transport and fixtures. Airfare paid to the travel agent is subject to the airline's and travel agent's own fare rules. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.
- Travel documents: Each participant is responsible for holding a valid passport, obtaining the required Sri Lanka visa, and arranging travel and health insurance.
